This is a follow-up to my post on 9-23-09 concerning this resolution introduced in June by Representative John Culberson (R-Texas) and Representative Brian Baird (D-Wash.). This resolution would require the text of major bills to be posted online for at least 72 hours before they come up for a vote. An excellent idea and one we should let our Representatives know we support. -- S Lane
