Somehow our "celebrating" the 60th anniversary of the communist regime in China by displaying Communist China's colors on our Empire State Building simply doesn't seem right to me. -- S. Lane

I SAW this one Glenn Beck Thursday or Friday!!! YEESH!!! :(:(:( He said the Empire State Building told him that they were "prejudiced" and that anyone who filled in an application could have their group represented with colors on the building. He was going to fill his application out using (I think) one of the Tea Parties. It was a 3 page application and he was going to have his listeners help him fill it out, then he would send it in. He wasn't holding his breath that they would accept it. NOT prejudiced-----I'll bet they are!!!
Looking at a list of some of the events, etc. the Empire State Bldg. lights up special for, seems like it's just about anything and everything -- some stuff of little or no general interest at all. Bet our Siamese Owner-Breeder list could get them to light up in beige and dark brown/black for "meezer day." LOL ~~ S Lane
